Hi there, I’m Sara!
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Nashville, TN. I have been practicing yoga since 2019, a registered yoga teacher since 2021, and a certified personal trainer since 2023. I am a credentialed LYT Method yoga teacher, focusing on anatomy, strength, mobility, and alignment.
Movement is a science, but it’s also an art. I created this platform to bridge the gap between functional strength and fluid mobility. I don't believe you have to choose between being strong or being flexible—I believe you need both to thrive. My approach combines the discipline of strength conditioning with the intentionality of yoga to create a well-rounded, balanced body and mind. I’m here to provide the tools, the technique, and the motivation to help you unlock your full potential, physcially, mentally, and spiritually.
Private in-person 1:1 and group sessions are available in the Nashville metropolitan area. Online options are also available.
